Conveyor
conveyor#1A is the first of a series of pieces which explore the grey zone between the work as a material product and the work as a process of mediation. In this instalment, the composing process becomes a part of the staged expression in a machinery where musician and composer are both conveyors of the work.
The work was premiered in June, 2024 by Evelin Lindberg (live composition) Elvin Ingeborgrud Berg (percussion), who commissioned the work as part of his masters project.
